Why did Anne take gardenship of her sisters son, said to be fathered by Henry and was Mary happy with it?

Anne Boleyn was granted the warship of Henry Carey after Mary Boleyn's husband, William Carey, died of sweating sickness in 1528. There was nothing unusual in this. Mary was a widow and was in considerable financial difficulty whereas Anne was in a position to help. The wardship relieved Mary from the burden of providing for one of her children and also benefited Anne because it gave her the revenues from Henry’s lands which were in her custody until the boy came of age. Anne organised Henry's education and was in charge of this until her death in 1536. I would think that Mary was grateful for this help.
