We don't have any details about Henry's relationship with Mary Boleyn so we don't know whether he was actually in love with her. All we know is that the Shrovetide joust of 1522 had the theme of unrequited love and Henry VIII rode out on a horse decorated with a wounded heart and wearing the motto "elle mon coeur a navera", meaning "she has wounded my heart" and that is thought to refer to Mary Boleyn. We don't know for sure. We don't know how long the affair lasted or how either of them felt, so it is impossible to comment on how Anne felt about the affair or how Mary felt when Henry and Anne got together. It is a big question mark!
