A Tudor history website is offering Tudor history lovers the chance to own a wall calendar which is a celebration of some of the best buildings linked to Tudor history which still exist today. https://www.theanneboleynfiles.com ran a photographic competition in March 2011 and was inundated with over 150 entries depicting places related to Tudor history. Judges picked 12 winning photos to be included in The Anne Boleyn Files Tudor Places Calendar 2012 which supports The Mary Rose 500 Appeal.

www.theanneboleynfiles.com creator, Claire Ridgway, said of the calendar, “I am so excited about this calendar. We had so many beautiful photos sent in and it was really tricky for the judges to choose just 12, but the winning photos are stunning and make a calendar that is just perfect for Tudor history lovers. I am proud that we can support The Mary Rose 500 Appeal in this way and help to build a new museum for Henry VIII’s favourite ship and the wonderfully preserved artefacts that were found in it.”

Tudor history fans can enjoy photos of places such as Leeds Castle, Hampton Court Palace, Hever Castle, Sudeley Castle, Pembroke Castle and many more. $1.50 (£1) from each sale goes to The Mary Rose Appeal and the calendar can be purchased at https://www.theanneboleynfiles.com/products-page/stationery/tudor-places-calendar/
