Was Henry Percy ever divorced on the grounds that he was pre-contracted with Anne?

The Percy marriage was unhappy from the start, probably because Henry Percy had wanted to marry Anne Boleyn, but although his wife, Mary Talbot, sought a divorce on the basis of Percy's pre-contract to Anne Boleyn, both Percy and Anne swore that there was no pre-contract. Mary's petition for annulment was thrown out due to there being no evidence of a pre-contract so the couple remained married, albeit unhappily so. Percy died in January 1537, less than a year after the execution of Anne Boleyn.
