The Elizabeth Norton biography of Margaret Beaufort is excellent. I haven't read any bios of Elizabeth Woodville and Elizabeth of York, but I've heard that Alison Weir is working on one on Elizabeth of York and David Baldwin's book on Elizabeth Woodville looks good.
