Phew, what a manic few weeks we’ve had! Tim and I have been busy doing the last minute organization for our Executed Queens May tour and our Anne Boleyn Experience July tour while also setting up a tour company, hiring a manager, organizing more tours and making a new website! Yes, we are gluttons for punishment!
Anyway, the good news is that today we are launching our new programme which consists of:-
- The Executed Queens Tour September 2011 – Due to popular demand, we have organised another Executed Queens Tour for this year. Speakers are to be announced but otherwise it is a replica of this May’s tour which sold out within 1 week of launch.
- The Anne Boleyn Experience 2012 Tours – Two tours for next year! The Anne Boleyn Experience tour will be taking place in May and September 2012.
- Discover the Tudors Tour – This tour will be launched soon but will consist of visits to Tudor attractions in Kent, in and around London, and in the Midlands. We will be offering this tour twice in 2012.
- Tudor London Tour – This tour will also be launched soon and focuses on Tudor attractions in and around London. We are hoping to offer this tour in Autumn (Fall) 2011 and twice in 2012.
By the way, we also have 4 spaces left for our July 2011 Anne Boleyn Experience – see http://www.historytoursofbritain.com/tudor-tours/the-anne-boleyn-experience/
You can find out all about our tour programme, itineraries, accommodation, costs, places visited etc., read testimonials, secure your place or register your interest on our new tour website – www.HistoryToursofBritain.com
Claire this is GREAT!!!
Thanks, Belle, this is why my brain has been mush the past few weeks!
These tours sound great! Any idea when the fall 2011 tour (I believe it’s Tudor London) will be announced? I’m planning a trip to England in September (along with the May 2011 Executed Queens tour), and maybe I can come on that one, too! And the Discover the Tudors 2012 tour is a must, too!
Hi Nancy,
I’ll let you know as soon as we have the dates.
Thanks! I have to get some use out of all of those Tudor gowns that I have!
He he! I’m dying to see you in them in a few weeks!
Congratulations!
It looks great and sounds really interesting.
Claire, just thinking about the work you put into all this makes me feel tired, do you ever sleep! Sounds great, well done.
What a brilliant idea. Well done Claire, I hope things really take off for you.
Congratulations on the new venture. The tours look fascinating … I wish I could go this year.
With as many times as you are going to travel to Hever, you are well on your way to have it be your summer home yet! =) So happy for you Claire! =)
