You may have noticed that book reviews are appearing on the site on a daily basis at the moment and I just wanted to explain why, as they are not recent books.
I used to regularly review history books here on a separate blog linked to the Anne Boleyn Files, but a few years ago the server went down and both the site and its backup were lost. I lost all the reviews I’d written and so closed that site. However, my daughter is working hard at the moment using Wayback Machine to restore my lost book reviews and add them here. A big thank you to her as I just don’t have time to do it myself.
I have decided to get back to reviewing Tudor history books so I’ll be adding new book reviews too over the next few months.
