Ellie recommended Simon Thurley’s The Royal Palaces of Tudor England: Architecture and Court Life to me. I’m just wondering if any of his other books are worth a look as most are out of print and quite expensive. My birthday is coming up and my best friend is nagging me to pick my present (bless her) Some other titles I have seen that look interesting are The Privy Garden, The Lost Buildings of Britain and Hampton Court. There are a few other paperbacks but they look like tourist guides.
I think he does television programs over in the UK?

There’s a stack of stuff on YouTube if you want to see how he presents a show. I’m watching Buildings That Shaped Britain ATM.

It's always bunnies.
