I bought a B necklace from TABFs and asked members of my family to donate money for my upcoming birthday. What about you guys? Have you donated or bought from TABF?

I'm trying to raise money at school but no one will listen! Grrr… I'd ask my history teacher for some ideas but she really hates me…
I asked one person to help and they just said 'Anne Boleyn? Ew no- she was a right sl*t.' Which I slapped her for…
I haven't bought anything from here… yet. I've asked for a French hood, the B necklace and the Katherine of Aragon pendant for my b'day, so hopefully soon!

Yea that's the problem with school, I'd take my efforts elsewhere if I were you. Kids don't really care about anything unless they find their own interests in it. I've heard every question you could think of about Anne being wh*re, I've learned to just tell people to pick up a history book if they really want to know. No point in wasting your breathe when the person more than likely isn't going to listen in the first place.
I ordered a B necklace! I just got it today actually! It's beautiful! You would love it! I think when I come into some more money I'll probably buy the fresh water pearl verison too lol.

I gave £5 (approximately equal to $8) to the NPG several weeks ago. I'm on a fixed income (SSI, approximately equivalent to IB or DLA) and couldn't contribute much more than that. I'd love to buy the Anne Boleyn Celebration dress and a French hood this month, but that is way out of my budget…

My husband won't even let me buy curtains for our new house right now–something about taking money to closing or something like that 🙂 Soooooo glad when all of this moving crap is over.

Haven't donated yet but definitely plan to in the next few weeks when I'm better able to budget for it. Would love to get some jewellery from here too; keep leaving people hints but no joy yet!

Yes, I have. We're also giving 10% of profits from orders made in February on The AB Files to the appeal so our customers will be able to help. That's so kind of you to ask your friends and family to donate for your birthday like that, how wonderful!

Could you tell us at on March 1st (my birthday btw! lol) how much money you guys got to donate? I hope it's a lot! I'm pretty sure I'm going to order something else before Monday too.
And thank you 🙂 Anne is my favorite person in history, so it was really important to me to be able to do what I could to help. The whole birthday thing just seemed to be perfect timing.

This is a question for everyone: If I wanted to donate/raise money for an Anne Boleyn- or Tudor-related museum, etc., which do you think would be the best place? I'd love to donate, but I want to make sure I pick the right one.
