Being a new member of this group, I was just wondering if any of the group ever “meet” on Google + Hang Outs to discuss general interests via video? As many as 10 members could join in the conversation at any one time

I think some of the members of our happy home are on Facebook Larry, but personally I won’t touch it with a 10 metre cattle prod, it full of wee beasties that eat computers. I learnt that one very quickly as I went on it for 10 minutes and it completely screwed my machine. I wasn’t a happy bunny as I had to completely flatten this computer and re install everything from scatch. and it took me 4 days to get straightened up and flying right, that may seem a long time but when yo have 3 terrabyte drives to go through it does take time.

Oh my Boleyn!
I”m so sorry to hear how G+ messed up your computer. I’ve never heard of such a thing before. I love it on a limited bases. We talk to a friend in Texas nearly every day and I chat with some online friends each Saturday morning for about 2 hours and have never had trouble. Of course, I NEVER open a “Public” HO because of all the trools. It was just a suggestion. Wondering if you were on G+ or Skype. Seems G+ is much less aggrivating than Skype.
I don’t mind posting here. I never seem to have too much to say anyway. Just opinions!! I’m presently reading some of Henry’s letter to Anne, very interesting. Also Letters by Francis Knolleys during his overseeing of Mary, Queen of Scots. Gives another perspective about the whole period of time.

It was Facebook that scrambled my computer’s brains. I don’t use Google for anything other than for looking up anything online.
I mainly use Hotmail for chatting, although I do also have a Yahoo account if that would be easier for you. I’ve sent you a Private message by the way..
Mary QOS is an enigma to be sure. I have to ask myself why she acted like she did.. She was a silly woman driven by lust and envy.
