I just wanted all of my friends in the UK to know that your US friends are praying for the injured and sending good wishes your way after some coward bombed innocent people on the Tube this morning. I don’t want to turn this into a huge political platform but I do think it is ridiculous that people cannot even get to work safely. We are having a complete lockdown at a Jersey Shore town this weekend because there is going to be a race for US Marines. CRAZY!!

Thank you for kind words Jennifer, it’s a very upsetting and disturbing time. There is a glimmer of hope though, they have arrested a man at the Dover, who was about to board the Ferry. Chatham (where I live ) and Rochester (Anne of Cleeves and Henry 8th ill fated meeting place) was swarming with armed police and sniffer dogs all day today, so was pretty manic doing any shopping.
Chatham and Rochester are on the train route, between London and Dover..
