I'm not the moderator, but am having trouble understanding what you mean. This site's default avatar for a forum poster is a very generic cartoon outline of a person's head and shoulders. We're allowed to upload avatars if we prefer somethng else. You can also sign up at gravatar to select an avatar there. That's discussed in the first, pinned thread in this forum, Off Topic Chit Chat, under the heading Personalized Images. Hope this info helps.
