Hello!  I have been a fan of Anne since I was young, but I never knew about this site until now. So I immediately signed up!  Anyways a little about myself….ummm.. I am obsessed with Anne Boleyn to a point where its become crazy.  I have a doll of Anne in my room (people say it's creepy but I find it quite beautiful).  I also have this egg cup in my room with Anne's face on it?? Yeah Idk I bought it at the tower of London where I went to visit Anne's grave.  But besides all that Anne craziness…  Here are al list of ten things that can describe me pretty well:

1.  I also love Marie Antoinette times espically the architecture and way or dress.  Love the movie by Sofia Copolla

2.  Love fairy tales in their original origins especially Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty

3.  I also love music and artists like Katy Perry, Breaking Benjamin, Seether, Michelle Branch, Edith Piaf and Laura Marling.

4.  Favorite movies are My Summer of Love, Lolita, Me without You, Clockwork Orange, Silence of the Lambs, Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Basterds and La Reine Margot

5.  I have a problem, I am a shopaholic, I love vintage shopping!

6.  I like to travel, I wish one day to go to London rent a flat and live there until I die.

7.  I love to laugh and have a good time

8.  There are two dogs in my life who are my pride and joy: Cinder (Black Lab) and Chloe (Golden Retriever)

9.  I love fruit especially pineapples, strawberries and peaches

10.  I am lazy and love to sleep until 4.  (bad habit) oops!Laugh

well, thats all for now.

Hi AnneTheQueene,

Welcome to the AB Files and also the forum. You're in good company here, many of us are obsessed with Anne Boleyn and/or Tudor history so completely understand you having an Anne doll in your room.

I have a black labrador too, he is 7 years old and his name is Baxter. I also have a mongrel (some kind of very furry terrier cross) called Boni (Bonita) and two cats: Penny and Poppy. Oh and a husband and three kids!

Anyway, welcome and thank you for taking the time to introduce yourself.

I love Titanic. so tragic.  I suppose it's more of the movie I am obsessed with, I really know little about the actual boat, but it would be an absolute dream of mine to travel down to where the ship sunk and see what is left of the disintegrating remains.

Hi, AnneTheQueene! Welcome to the AB Files (sorry this is a little late!). I love Boston, although I've only been once. I especially liked the Duck Tour 🙂 About the Anne Boleyn doll: I have one too! It sits in a place of honor on my vanity. About obsession: I've been obsessed since I was nine, so don't feel bad by any means! I love Marie Antoinette too–sad that my two of my favorite historical figures were executed. Have fun here, I know I do!!

wreckmasterjay: You're so lucky that you get to work near the Mary Rose! Jealous over here in the US. Is it great?

I'm certainly glad I am not the only one with an Anne doll!

and I know how you feel about the Titanic resting as a grave site, I wouldn't want to disturb the resting place of thousands who suffered in the Titanic sinking.

Wreckmaster,  My husband has a descendant, Edwin DeHaven who was an American Naval Captain. His ship was, The Advance.  In 1850 they went in search of the Erebus, Captained by Sir John Franklin which was lost in the Arctic in 1847.  They were stuck in the ice for 16 months, but they made it back alive. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E…..  I looked Sir John up and found this, http://everything2.com/title/S…..  A British ship, the HMS Investigator which was sent to find Franklin in 1848 was recently found intact in Canada.  A little part of our family history wrapped up in your favorite subject.
