I’m Idlewild, and I’m an Anglophile living in the US. I’ve always been interested in British history and was an English literature major. However, my interest in the Tudors and others has grown at an exponential rate in the past few years. My role model is Elizabeth I. While I like to read books about Tudor history, my cat Chloe prefers to sit on them. That’s okay, though. It just gives me time to Google images of Hampton Court Palace.

Today would be the best day to put my feet up and submerge myself in the world of theTudors! We’re supposed to have some nasty weather here today, and I can think of nothing better than a cuppa and a good discussion. So glad to have found a group of like-minded people to learn from and share ideas with!

Thank you, Sharon! Yes, we’ve had spring for three or four days, and tomorrow winter comes back on the coat tails of this storm. 
I have been following the Facebook page of The Anne Boleyn Files for some time now, but I just realized this forum exists. SO exciting!
Hope you stay warm and dry as well as the seasons battle it out.
