What would Anne Boleyn’s attitude toward exploration have been ? Florida was discovered in 1513, opening up the North American continent. Also, how would it have affected her? I know it wouldn’t really have directly affected her in England, but what about her years in France and her time in Mechelen ??? Thanks, your site rocks !!!

It's hard to say what Anne's attitude would have been towards exploration but I suspect that, being a forward thinking woman, that she would have been excited about it. Anne embraced the changes of the 16th century, the new religious ideas and humanism, so I'm sure she would have embraced this too.
