Yes, Elizabeth Boleyn (née Howard) was the sister of Edmund Howard, Catherine Howard's father, and they were both children of Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk. Castle Howard in Yorkshire only dates back to the early 1700s and was built for Charles Howard, 3rd Earl of Carlisle, a descendent of Thomas Howard, 4th Duke of Norfolk. The Howard family in Tudor times lived in East Anglia - Framlingham Castle was one of their properties.
