My ancestor, Captain Sylvester Salisbury, brought to New York colony about 1675, a portrait said to be a Holbein of Anne Boleyn. The painting is known to have hung in the Salisbury family home until at least the early 1900s. Do you know anything about this painting and/or its authenticity?

I'm afraid I don't know anything about that painting so cannot comment on his authenticity. Anne Boleyn was Holbein's patron and commissioned him to design displays for her coronation and a fountain for Henry VIII so I'm sure that he did paint her, but I just don't know what happened to that painting. It would be wonderful if it does come to light.
