I remember someone else asking that question and I think she mouths "you will have a son". I can't check as a friend has borrowed my Season 1!

I’m sure she says ‘I will give you a son’. It’s a memorable moment, sexy and confident, and makes poor Wolsey look pretty impotent next to this alliance.
