I haven't actually researched what it was like to be a servant at the Tudor court but there's some good information on court life at http://www.tudorbritain.org/court/courtlife.asp and I have been recommended the book Life in a Tudor Palace by Christopher Gidlow and The Tudor Court by David Loades so those may help you.
