Shipping

1. All of our jewellery pieces and headdresses are hand crafted and made to order. The Tudors and Renaissance Ranges are made by Daniela in Texas, USA; the gold-plated Anne Boleyn B necklace and brooch are made by Steve in the UK and the Anne Boleyn Contemporary range are made by Tiffini Elektra (tartx) in Colorado, USA. All 3 jewellers aim to dispatch your orders within 2 weeks, usually quicker.
Special custom orders may take longer to make – you will be given an idea of the timescale when you are given your quotation.

2. Daniela and Tiffini ship orders using USPS First Class Mail and First Class International Mail, which takes anywhere between 5 and 20 days for orders outside of the United States. Steve dispatches all orders from the UK by airmail which takes 3-4 days within Europe and 5-7 days outside of Europe.

3. We have flat rate shipping costs of $3 within the US and $4.50 for international orders no matter how many items you buy. Some items  may cost a bit extra, due to their weight or where they are sent from. This is marked as “Special Item P&P)

4. All products are professionally packed with great care to ensure safe delivery.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective in some way, we will repair it or replace it at no cost to you – we will even pay the shipping as well. Simply contact us to let us know the situation – claire@theanneboleynfiles.com.
Other Returns – If for some reason you do not like your jewellery, simply return the item unworn, unused and unaltered within 30 days of receipt for a credit voucher. Please contact me at claire@theanneboleynfiles.com so that we can provide you with a returns address. Please ensure that the item is in brand new condition and well-packaged. We cannot accept returns of special order items like the Custom Anne Boleyn Necklace, headdresses or jewellery that has been customised to your particular requirements, unless they are broken.

Custom Orders

We are always happy to give custom quotations if you want your very own piece of jewellery designing and making from a photo or portrait. We can also quote for making changes to our existing jewellery, e.g. replacing glass stones with real stones and using gold instead of brass settings.

Allergy Information

Our jewellery is handmade using a variety of materials including gold, silver and brass. If you are sensitive to any of these please contact me at claire@theanneboleynfiles.com for further information as we may be able to make customizations just for you.
The majority of the earrings are also available with 14k gold hooks or surgical steel hooks for those who prefer those to gold- or-silver plated hooks.

Customs and Tax

Please be aware that “importing” goods from overseas may mean that you have to pay a customs charge or tax. It all depends on your own country’s agreement with the country you are ordering goods from and the value of the item.
